This policy explains how CARRY ACCESSORIES SDN. BHD. handles delivery and collection for retail and wholesale orders across Malaysia. Delivery is arranged and quoted individually for every order — there is no fixed shipping rate calculated automatically on this website.

01 Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Peninsular and East Malaysia. Delivery to more remote areas of Sabah and Sarawak may involve a longer transit time and a higher delivery charge, which we will disclose before confirming your order.

02 Collection From Our Office

Customers within the Klang Valley may choose to collect their order directly from our Kuala Lumpur office, at no delivery charge, by arrangement. Select “Collect from Kuala Lumpur office” at checkout and we will confirm a collection time once your order is ready.

03 How Delivery Is Quoted

Because our range spans a single car battery to multi-bottle packs of oil and fluids, delivery cost depends on weight, volume and destination. Once you submit your cart at checkout, we calculate and confirm the delivery charge together with your order total before anything is dispatched.

04 Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are processed once confirmed, typically within 1–3 business days. Larger wholesale orders and multi-unit packs may take longer to pick and pack, and we will advise an expected dispatch date when we confirm your order.

05 Couriers & Freight Partners

We use established Malaysian courier and freight partners appropriate to the size of your order — parcel couriers for retail-sized orders and freight or lorry transport for larger wholesale shipments.

06 Order Tracking

Where our courier partner provides tracking, we will share the tracking number and carrier details with you by email or phone once your order has been dispatched.

07 Batteries, Oils & Regulated Goods

Parts, accessories and filters are shipped in their original retail or factory packaging with additional protective packing for transit. Car batteries (which contain corrosive electrolyte and recyclable lead), lithium products such as jump starters, and engine oils, coolant, brake fluid and other lubricants or fluids are regulated or hazardous goods. They are packed upright and sealed, and carried in line with applicable transport rules, which may restrict the carriers, delivery methods or destinations available to us (for example, air freight or certain remote areas); we will tell you if this affects your order. Heavy items such as batteries and multi-bottle oil packs may be quoted at a higher delivery charge. On receipt, handle batteries and fluids with care, keep them upright and away from heat, and recycle used oil and old batteries responsibly through an authorised collection point. 08 Wholesale & Bulk Freight

For large wholesale orders, we can arrange palletized freight or lorry delivery direct to a warehouse, office or retail location. Freight terms, loading access and delivery windows are agreed with the trade buyer before dispatch.

09 Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including courier disruptions, weather, or public holidays. We will keep you informed of any significant delay affecting your order.
