(Registration No. 202601012449 (1674547-H)) carries on the business of trading, import, export and distribution of automotive parts, accessories, lubricants, car care products, batteries and related vehicle components through wholesale, retail and online channels, registered in Malaysia with its registered address at Level 20, Menara 1 Sentrum, 201, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Brickfields, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, W.P. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

02 Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or authorized adult, to place an order with us. Trade accounts must be placed by a person authorized to act on behalf of the ordering business or organisation.

03 Product Information & Pricing

We take reasonable care to describe products, variants, fitment options and specifications accurately. All prices on this website are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclude delivery, which is quoted separately. Prices, specifications and availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing error.

04 Cart, Checkout & Order Acceptance

Adding a product to the cart on this website does not reserve stock. Submitting the checkout form takes you to our payment provider to pay for your order. A successful payment is a request to order, not an automatic contract: an order is only accepted once CARRY ACCESSORIES confirms stock and delivery or collection. If we cannot fulfil an order, the amount paid will be refunded.

05 Payment

Orders placed through this website are paid online in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through AXAIPAY, by FPX online banking, e-wallet or card; we do not see or store your card or bank login details. The amount charged is the total of the products in your cart; any delivery charge is confirmed separately by our team. Goods are dispatched or made available for collection once payment has been received. Wholesale or large orders may instead be quoted and invoiced by arrangement.

06 Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection are arranged as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes given at confirmation are estimates and not guaranteed.

07 Returns

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

08 Fitment, Specification & Product Use Disclaimer

Specification details (size, viscosity or grade, capacity, pack quantity and similar information) shown on this website are the standard listing specification for that product; variants and fitment options are listed on each product page, and the exact finish or component model may vary by batch or supplier availability while meeting the stated specification. Fitment and compatibility are the buyer’s responsibility to confirm before purchase: check your vehicle make, model, year and manual (including oil viscosity and service specification, battery size and terminal layout, bulb type, filter dimensions and brake or caliper type) and contact us if you are unsure. Batteries, lubricants, fluids and cleaning products are regulated or hazardous goods; follow the handling, storage and disposal instructions supplied, and recycle used oil and batteries responsibly. Safety-critical parts such as brakes and batteries should be installed by a qualified professional, and accessories must be installed and positioned so that they do not obstruct the driver’s view, controls, pedals or airbags. 09 Wholesale & Trade Accounts

Wholesale pricing is quoted individually and may be subject to minimum order quantities, agreed payment terms, and separate freight arrangements as described in our Shipping Policy. Wholesale pricing is provided for resale or business use and is not intended for individual retail comparison.

10 Website Content & Intellectual Property

The CARRY ACCESSORIES name, logo, product images and website content are the property of CARRY ACCESSORIES SDN. BHD. or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, CARRY ACCESSORIES SDN. BHD. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from a delayed or incorrect order, beyond the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Malaysian consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
